Mékong Plus
Our association is as much present in France (Law 1901 association, founded in 1994) as in Belgium (association without lucrative goal, founded in 2003 following actions led in Belgium since 2000). The given goal is the communal development in farming zones, with 3 guiding principles:
* Aiming at the poorest, whose yearly income doesn't reach 100€; (about 1€/day/household).
* Everyone being involved regarding the decisions about orientations,methods, and the actions to lead.
* The durability: the actions are conceived to have at term a lasting impact, without outside contribution.

Health and hygiene in the Mekong delta
A major issue. Water is abundant but not clean.

In the Mekong delta communications are poor. The villagers organize themselves to make bridges and roads by themselves, with minimal support from Mekong Plus.
